The task covered both design and construction. A temporary substation was installed for the duration of the construction works, and a new 15/0.4 kV transformer substation was built as the permanent solution. Beyond the site works, technology documentation was prepared together with traffic management designs, and arrangements were made with the utility network operators. The project closed with as-built documentation including surveying and acceptance protocols from PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Oddział Łódź.
