About the company

Przedsiębiorstwo Inżynieryjne „Energy” provides design and construction services for power infrastructure — MV and LV networks and installations, and transformer substations. We combine design work with on-site delivery, which allows us to run a project from documentation through to commissioning. We operate in Poland and abroad.

Construction work

  1. Construction of underground and overhead power infrastructure at 110 kV, 20 kV, 15 kV and 0.4 kV.
  2. Construction of outdoor and indoor substations and switchgear at 110 kV, 20 kV, 15 kV and 0.4 kV.
  3. Construction of underground and overhead lines at 110 kV, 20 kV, 15 kV and 0.4 kV.
  4. Diversion of clashing power infrastructure.
  5. Industrial electrical installations in production facilities.
  6. Outdoor area lighting.
  7. Fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control and telecommunications installations.
  8. Servicing and maintaining continuity of supply in industrial facilities.
  9. Emergency power response in fault and crisis situations, including on-call duty.
  10. Power tool testing, electrical installation measurements and voltage testing.

Equipment and resources

We operate our own machinery and transport fleet — from mini-excavators and a tracked excavator, through thrust-boring equipment, electrofusion welders and generators, to a cable winch, a cable drum trailer, a VLF tester for voltage testing, and scissor and articulating lifts. Owning our equipment means we do not wait on subcontractors or rental availability.

Licences and certificates

  • Unrestricted construction licences for the design and site management of construction works in the installation speciality, covering electrical and power networks, installations and equipment.
  • SEP qualification certificates in category E (operation) and D (supervision).
  • Membership of the Łódź District Chamber of Civil Engineers since 2011.
  • Cable accessory manufacturer training: Nexans (EUROMOLD/GPH technology — cable jointing and termination), Tyco Electronics / Raychem, 3M Poland (QTII series cold-shrink terminations and QS2000E series straight joints for XLPE-insulated cables) and Ensto Pro (CIT1 and COT1 cold-shrink terminations, CJ11 and CJH11 joints).
