The development at al. Piłsudskiego / al. Rydza-Śmigłego in Łódź comprised an office and retail complex with a multi-storey car park. The work covered both the electrical design and its execution: reconstruction of clashing 15 kV MV, 0.4 kV LV and telecom networks, primary and backup supply connections, and the fit-out of the indoor transformer substation in building AB together with its connection to the building BMS.
Scope
- electrical design documentation: 15 kV MV cable connections for primary and backup supply, utility clash removal, street lighting
- relocation of existing 15 kV MV lines, 0.4 kV LV lines and telecom networks clashing with the planned office complex
- reconstruction of the 15 kV MV and 0.4 kV LV networks and construction of primary and backup supply connections
- fit-out of the indoor 15 kV MV transformer substation in building AB: installation of MV switchgear, earthing and equipotential bonding systems, metering systems and transformers
- connection of the substation to the building BMS
- testing, trials and acceptance documentation with the power utility
- reconstruction of water, sewage and gas networks, traffic signals and a new road layout
